Before you buy, the part most likely to cost you money: you cannot simply book this exam. PeopleCert requires ITIL Foundation (Version 5) first, and on top of that requires training through an Accredited Training Organization or ITIL Official eLearning, stating that results will not be released without proof of completion. The cheapest listed option, US$865 including VAT, is marked by PeopleCert as being for re-takes only, so a first-time sitter is realistically looking at the US$1,338 eLearning bundle or the US$1,647 eLearning + bundle. Price that up before you spend anything here. Independent study material: these are original questions written from PeopleCert's published ITIL Experience (Version 5) syllabus, version 5.0 of March 2026, and not real exam content. On the question mix, PeopleCert publishes official weights of 7.5, 25, 20, 35, 10 and 2.5 percent. A straight proportional split of 250 questions would leave the two smallest domains, ITIL and other frameworks and Key ITIL terms and definitions, with only 6 and 19 questions, which is too thin to revise a domain from, so each was raised to 22 and the extra taken from the two largest, Service journey and ITIL Experience, which remain the two largest at 75 and 56. The allocation is therefore 22, 56, 50, 75, 25 and 22. Your practice mix is slightly flatter than the real paper, so plan revision using the official weights rather than these counts. On coverage, PeopleCert publishes 43 assessment criteria for this module and this bank covers all 43, with every question traceable to a criterion. On repetition, a wording-based scan proposed near-duplicate pairs and all 5 that genuinely tested the same fact were rewritten rather than left in, and re-running the scans afterwards returned no remaining candidates at the same threshold. A separate fact-level checker proposed 6,302 pairs, but it proposes a pair whenever two questions share a citation, and every question here cites the same single source, so it flagged every pair inside a domain and none on the strength of the questions themselves. None were flagged as sharing an answer. Those 6,302 were not read individually, and you are being told that rather than left to assume otherwise. On shape, the exam is open book and anchored on a scenario, so look-up recall makes a poor item: every one of these 250 questions carries an original workplace scenario, and the difficulty split is 73 easier, 122 moderate and 55 harder. The real paper is 40 questions in 90 minutes with a pass mark of 70 percent, 28 of 40, so treat these 250 untimed questions as a revision surface rather than a stand-in for it. ITIL Version 5 is a different syllabus from ITIL 4, so material written for ITIL 4 will not on its own prepare you for this module. The official ITIL publication is a paid eBook and was not used, no text from any ITIL core publication is reproduced, no vendor sample questions are used, and the ITIL Car Rental Scenario that anchors the live exam is neither reproduced nor imitated.
