Each cert is purchased separately at $9 for 1 year of access.
Can I use my purchase on multiple devices?
Yes. Your licence key (e.g. GD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) works on up to 3 devices — phone, tablet, laptop, desktop. Enter it once per device on the practice page.
What if I lose my licence key?
Your key is in the licence key email from noreply@aguidetocloud.com, with a subject starting "Your licence key for" — a separate email from the Stripe payment receipt. Check your inbox and spam folder. If you can't find it, email aguidetocloud@gmail.com and we'll look it up.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — email aguidetocloud@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
