Who Should Take This Exam?
The PMI-PBA is designed for experienced professionals seeking advanced validation. 2+ years of hands-on experience recommended.
Prerequisites: PMI offers three eligibility routes, each requiring 35 contact hours of training in business analysis practices: a secondary degree with 60 months of business analysis experience, a bachelor’s degree or higher with 36 months, or a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree from a GAC accredited program with 24 months. The experience must have been earned in the last eight years.
