Two of the four skills PeopleCert publishes for this module are about applying the ITIL AI Capability Model and the ITIL AI Governance Improvement Model. That suggests those two outcomes are applied-heavier in the real exam, so treat the even split as a floor for them rather than a ceiling.
The real exam is 40 questions in 90 minutes. This 250-question bank is a revision surface, not a simulation of exam length.

The official ITIL AI Governance publication is a paid eBook and was not used. Where PeopleCert does not publish a detail, this bank says so rather than inventing one. The module’s AI governance lifecycle is not publicly documented as a separately staged model, so no stage names are invented for it.
PeopleCert certification path
ITIL AI Governance (Version 5) is an extension module rather than a step on the core ITIL ladder. If you also want the core qualification, ITIL Foundation (Version 5) is the entry point for the ITIL Version 5 track, but it is not required for this module.
