Who is this exam for?
AB-330 is for consultants who turn business requirements into working Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management configurations. Microsoft describes hands-on experience across end-to-end supply chain processes and AI-enabled capabilities, working with business users, architects, developers and project teams.
MB-330 learners will recognize many product topics. AB-330 has its own exam code and six-process objectives. Check the guide for the exam you have booked; do not assume an older course or bank has the same scope and weighting.
Skills Measured
Implement the design to retire process (5-10%)
Configure product categories, attributes, lifecycle states and inventory dimensions. Understand how item model groups, reservation hierarchies and unit sequence groups affect downstream operations. Practise releasing products and variants, maintaining BOMs and formulas, setting trade agreements, and calculating or activating standard costs.
Implement the forecast to plan process (1-5%)
Connect forecast settings, calendars, coverage groups and item coverage to planning results. Work through positive and negative days, action messages, time fences and safety margins. Run planning and review planned purchase and transfer orders, including intercompany dependencies.
Implement the inventory to deliver process (20-25%)
Configure warehouse structure, location directives, work and wave templates, labels and receiving or shipment processes. Practise replenishment, inventory movements, consignment, journals, transfers, closing and counting. Trace inbound and outbound loads, cross docking, quality associations, nonconformances, quality orders and quarantine.
Implement the order to cash process (20-25%)
Choose order-promising settings that match customer commitments. Study unified pricing, sales agreements, quotations, orders, reservations, returns and commissions. Configure customer supply chain information and trace intercompany sales processes.
Implement the plan to produce process (1-5%)
Connect resources, capabilities, routes, scheduling and production execution. Follow production and batch orders from creation through estimation, scheduling, release, start, reporting as finished and ending. Review material consumption, journals, costing, co-products, by-products and subcontracting.
This domain has many detailed objectives despite its small weight range. Combine a representative set of practice questions with hands-on work and a checklist of every official bullet.
Implement the source to pay process (30-35%)
Configure procurement categories, charges, policies and workflows. Maintain vendor supply chain information and collaboration settings. Work through purchase agreements, delivery schedules, over- and under-deliveries, requisitions, RFQs, purchase orders and vendor returns.
How to Prepare
Start with a small business process that crosses modules: release a product, plan supply, purchase it, receive it, reserve it and ship it. At each step, identify which setting controls the result and what evidence you would inspect if the result were wrong.
Give the most study time to source to pay, inventory to deliver and order to cash. Do not ignore the smaller planning and production domains. Use the official bullet list to track what you have configured yourself and what you have only read about.
Practice Questions
Revise AB-330 with 250 original practice questions across the six processes, with explanations and Microsoft Learn references.
This is supplemental selected-response knowledge practice, not an official exam simulation. Microsoft does not promise a fixed question-type mix, and this bank does not reproduce labs or every possible format. Its coverage is representative, not one question per objective bullet. The editorial allocation is 21/10/60/60/12/87 questions, within the published weight ranges.
The AB-330 and MB-330 banks share product topics but are separately authored. This is not an AI-only add-on to MB-330. AB-330 remains in beta, so re-check the official objectives before your exam.
