The question
I purchased the SC-500 exam, but I couldn’t find a portal where I can redeem the code I received. Could you please help me with this?

Hi Kerim, sorry the activation wasn’t clear, and thank you for buying the SC-500 bank. There’s no separate portal or login to hunt for.
Your licence key arrives in its own email from Guided (email removed), subject starting “Your licence key for…”. It is not in the Stripe receipt. The key looks like GD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
Then open the SC-500 practice page. Just below the Flashcards row, find the box marked “Already purchased?” and click Activate licence key. Paste the key, click Activate, and you’ll see a green “All questions unlocked” row.
